Is this production-ready software or a prototype?
The assessment frameworks, scoring models, and AI engine are fully functional and available today. We are currently in early access — which means we are onboarding founding customers, gathering feedback, and building the production infrastructure (SSO, persistent data storage, multi-tenant architecture). Founding customers get full access now at significantly reduced pricing, in exchange for helping us shape the product.
What is the difference between the Corporate Edition and the Project Gate?
The Corporate Edition is your annual or quarterly organisational health check — it tells you where your governance maturity stands across all 8 domains. The Project Gate is a continuous control mechanism — every new project that touches data passes through it, ensuring individual initiatives don't erode the governance posture you've built.
Why are the Corporate and Project Gate sold together rather than separately?
Because a CDO who runs the organisational assessment and then has no way to protect that score against incoming projects gets exactly half the value. The two products are complementary by design — one is the snapshot, the other is the ongoing control. Separating them would be like selling a smoke detector without a battery.
What does white-label mean in practice?
On the Professional plan, you can replace the gamer2business logo with your client's or your own organisation's branding. This is particularly relevant for consultants and advisors who want to present the assessment tool as part of their own advisory offering.
How does the AI analysis work? Is our data used to train models?
The AI briefings are generated by Claude (Anthropic) based on your specific assessment scores and any free-text context your team provides. No data is used to train AI models. Your assessment data is processed only to generate your report and is not shared with other organisations.
We operate in a heavily regulated industry (financial services, healthcare). Can the framework be adapted?
Yes — the Custom Framework Design add-on is built exactly for this. We work with you to map the standard 8 governance domains to your specific regulatory requirements (DORA, BCBS 239, HIPAA, NIS2, etc.) and rebuild the question set and scoring model accordingly. Enterprise customers can also add custom domains directly within the platform.
